Users accept the Terms by remaining on the RPL Trade website. User may also accept the Terms by clicking to agree or accept to the Terms where this option is made available to user by RPL Trade in the user interface.
Registration for the Services
In order to access the Services, our prospective clients must either register online or contact TPL Trade directly by telephone.
Our client authorise TPL Trade to use the information provided by the client to contact them in relation to the Services.
For registration or a continued use of the Services, client will be required to provide personal information about themself (such as identification or contact details), including:
- full name
- an email address
- a telephone number
- a mailing address
Client confirms that any information given to RPL Trade in the course of completing the registration process is accurate, correct and up to date.
Clients may not use the Services and may not accept the Terms if:
- not over the age of 18 or
- a person barred from receiving the Services under the laws of Australia or other countries including the country in which they are resident or from which they use the Services.
Clients’ obligations as a User
As a User, client agrees to comply with the following:
- Client will use the Services only for purposes that are permitted by the Terms; and any applicable law, regulation or generally accepted practices or guidelines in Australia
- Client has the sole responsibility for protecting the confidentiality of your password and/or email address. Use of client’s password by any other person may result in the immediate cancellation of the Services
- any use of client’s registration information by any other person, or third parties, is strictly prohibited. Client agrees to immediately notify RPL Trade of any unauthorised use of their password or email address or any breach of security of which you have become aware
- use and access of the RPL Trade website is limited, non-transferable and allows for the sole use of the RPL Trade website by the client for the purposes of RPL Trade providing the Services
- Client will not use the Services or the RPL Trade website in connection with any commercial endeavours except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by the management of RPL Trade
- Client will not use the Services or RPL Trade website for any illegal and/or unauthorised use which includes collecting email addresses of users by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email or unauthorised framing of or linking to the RPL Trade website
- Client agrees that commercial advertisements, affiliate links, and other forms of solicitation may be removed from the RPL Trade website without notice and may result in termination of the Services. Appropriate legal action will be taken by RPL Trade for any illegal or unauthorised use of the RPL Trade website
- Client acknowledges and agrees that any automated use of the RPL Trade website or its Services is prohibited
